Sourcing Expert (Contract / Contract-to-Hire)
Location: Miramar, FL (Onsite 3 days/week)
Alternate Location: Tampa, FL (Considered)
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Duration: Contract with potential for Contract-to-Hire
Role Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Sourcing Expert to lead and execute strategic sourcing initiatives across indirect spend categories, with a focus on professional services and external labor. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end sourcing processes, negotiate commercial terms, and collaborate cross-functionally with legal and business stakeholders to drive value while minimizing risk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle sourcing events (RFx: RFP, RFI, RFQ)
- Lead negotiations focusing on rate cards, commercial terms, and T&Cs
- Draft, review, and execute contracts in collaboration with Legal
- Build and maintain deal scorecards using existing templates
- Support contract renewals and new supplier engagements
- Ensure alignment with ESG, regulatory, and risk management standards
- Provide strategic insights to category managers and business stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- 5–6 years of sourcing/procurement experience minimum
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus
- Demonstrated expertise in indirect sourcing, including professional services and contingent labor
- Proven ability to manage a spend portfolio of $10M+
- Strong negotiation and contracting skills with a focus on commercial value
- Analytical proficiency in TCO analysis, clean sheeting, and cost modeling
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

- Familiarity with full Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle a plus
