Sr. Business Analyst
Our client is seeking a dynamic Senior Business Analyst who thrives on solving complex problems and driving meaningful change. In this role, you’ll act as the critical link between business leaders and IT teams, helping to shape processes and solutions that align with strategic goals.

What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements and workflows.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and process mapping sessions to define current and future state operations.
- Translate business needs into user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Maintain strong relationships across project teams to ensure alignment and resolve issues as they arise.
- Create and maintain documentation such as process flows, procedures, and user guides to support ongoing initiatives.
What Gets You the Job:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent work experience, with at least 5 years in a business analyst role.
- Expertise in eliciting, writing, and managing requirements in Agile or hybrid environments.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Office.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
