Data Analyst
Our client is looking for a Data Analyst to join their dynamic Analytics team, where you’ll have the opportunity to be a key player in the organization’s exciting data evolution. This is more than just a reporting role—you’ll be working at the forefront of innovation, helping transform how data is used to enhance clinical outcomes. - Compensation: This job is expected to pay about 40-50/HR W2

What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, transform, and analyze data from diverse sources using Databricks to support data-driven business decisions.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and self-serve tools using Tableau.
- Create Data Genie (GenAI) applications to drive forward innovation when needed.
- Perform statistical analysis and data modeling using R or Python to uncover actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and deliver meaningful solutions.
What Gets You the Job:
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
- Proficiency in Databricks, Tableau, and R or Python.
- Strong SQL expertise.
- Ability to work PST hours.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git, Perforce) and ADO.
- Project management experience.
- Experience in the healthcare industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A curiosity-driven mindset and a knack for thinking outside the box.
