Essbase Developer
Our client is looking for a dynamic Hyperion Essbase professional to take ownership of both the development and administration of their on-prem financial systems. This is a hands-on opportunity to make an immediate impact by supporting day-to-day operations while also identifying and implementing system improvements. - Location: Onsite in Modesto, CA
- Duration: 3-6 month contract
- Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $60-65/hour (W2)

What You’ll Do:
- Monitor daily data loads, validate integrity, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IT to resolve failures quickly.
- Perform regular Essbase system maintenance, data reloads, and reporting validation to ensure accuracy and performance.
- Serve as the Essbase administrator, supporting both operational and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into system enhancements or solutions.
- Drive system improvements by identifying efficiency opportunities and proactively implementing changes.
What Gets You the Job:
- Proficient in Hyperion Essbase (on-prem, version 11) with strong development and administration experience.
- Hands-on expertise with ODI (Oracle Data Integrator) and data job management.
- Strong ability to validate data, maintain databases, and run reload scripts with minimal oversight.
- Demonstrated business acumen and ability to align technical solutions with operational goals.
- Effective communicator and self-starter with a collaborative, business-first mindset.
