Sr. System Engineer
Our client is seeking a resourceful and people-focused IT professional who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. - Compensation: 125-135k

What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities
- Provide responsive support for IT systems, including Windows AD, Azure, and O365 environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, escalating as needed
- Collaborate with a Managed Service Provider to deliver consistent, high-quality support
- Manage support tickets and documentation, ensuring alignment with SLAs and best practices
- Assist in building out a scalable shared services support model across multiple locations

Qualifications
- Proven experience supporting Microsoft O365, Windows, Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to work independently and contribute to team-based projects and process improvements
- Comfortable with system monitoring, documentation, and end-user training
- Familiarity with automation, scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python), and cloud services like AWS is a plus
