- Location: Orange County, CA (preferred) but open to Remote in Western US w/monthly travel
- Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $170k-215k base plus excellent benefits

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop a high-performing global IAM team across multiple international locations.
- Deliver strategic cloud-based IAM solutions using Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with IT and business leaders to align IAM services with enterprise objectives.
- Oversee operational excellence, ensuring services are reliable, scalable, and cost-effective.
- Drive compliance with security standards and influence risk management across the organization.
What Gets You the Job:
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience, including cloud IAM strategy and implementation.
- Deep expertise in Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, and identity tools like EntraID.
- Proven success leading large, complex IAM or cloud engineering projects.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related technical field.
