Product Owner (Business Process Management)

IMMEDIATE NEED for a Product Owner to join a FinTech company for a full-time, permanent position that is remote capable. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business process automation and have worked on a BPM tool.

Responsibilities:  

• Execute product roadmap, drive the vision, and manage priorities for each sprint
• Decompose epics into detailed stories and ensure the stories are being effectively groomed, prioritized, and delivered on time
• Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog and maintain a deep backlog of groomed, development ready stories
• Balance the requirements of stakeholders and partner with design team to drive functional requirements

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as a product owner or product manager
• Strong experience in business process automation and BPM tools
• Solid understanding of how to build out functionalities and components within BPM products
