Location: Remote (working Eastern Time Zone hours)
Total Compensation for these roles ranges based on experience and skills from $180k to 225k+
What You Will Do:
- Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions using industry-leading products such as CyberArk, Okta, Ping, SailPoint, Azure AD, and Active Directory.
- Develop and execute IAM strategies to ensure robust authentication, authorization, and privileged access management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with enterprise tools and platforms effectively.
- Configure and manage IAM protocols including SAML, SPML, XACML, SCIM, OpenID, and OAuth to enhance security and user experience.
- Lead efforts in implementing single sign-on (SSO), federation, and delegated administration solutions.
- Utilize programming languages such as Java and JavaScript, along with web technologies and databases, to enhance IAM functionalities.
- Proactively address security concerns by identifying vulnerabilities and recommending improvements, while staying compliant with relevant industry standards.
- Participate in IAM-related incident response and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
What Gets You The Job:
- Demonstrated expertise in IAM products and services, including CyberArk, Okta, Ping, SailPoint, Azure AD, and Active Directory.
- Strong knowledge of IAM lifecycle, authentication, authorization, and privileged access management.
- Familiarity with IAM protocols (SAML, SPML, XACML, SCIM, OpenID, OAuth) and related technologies.
- Hands-on experience with directories, single sign-on (SSO), federation, and delegated administration.
- Proficiency in integrating IAM solutions with enterprise tools and platforms.
- Background in programming languages, particularly Java and JavaScript, web technologies, and databases.
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Security+ are preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, as required for project engagements.
