We are seeking a highly motivated and results‐driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and nurturing potential leads. You will be responsible for researching and identifying new prospects, engaging with them through various channels, and qualifying them as potential customers.

Location: Remote

This is a full-time job that expects to pay a base salary of about $40-55k annually based on experience, plus benefits.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead Research and Identification: Conduct in‐depth market research to identify potential leads and target markets. Utilize various sources such as online databases, social media platforms, industry events, and other channels to gather relevant lead information.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess the quality and viability of leads through effective communication and engagement. Conduct initial outreach to prospects via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels to determine their level of interest, needs, and budget.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up‐to‐date records of leads and interactions in our CRM system.
  • Lead Nurturing: Develop and implement effective lead nurturing strategies to move prospects through the sales funnel. Create personalized and targeted content to engage leads and build relationships over time.
  • Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with overall business goals. Provide timely feedback and insights on lead quality and trends to optimize marketing campaigns and sales processes.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and report key metrics related to lead generation activities. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement, measure campaign effectiveness, and make data‐driven recommendations to optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Industry Knowledge and Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging lead generation techniques. Continuously expand your knowledge of best practices and innovative approaches to lead generation.

What Gets You The Job: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing roles
  • Strong understanding of lead generation techniques, strategies, and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively engage and build relationships with potential leads
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and lead management software
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‐driven decisions
  • Self‐motivated and goal‐oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience in the [industry/sector] (preferred)
