Project Manager

Join one of the world’s premiere management consulting firms as a Project Manager supporting strategic planning, governance, and performance tracking across enterprise-wide initiative work. In this role, you will serve as a hands-on systems and operations consultant ensuring that planning cycles run smoothly, communication flows efficiently, and leadership has the insights needed to make informed decisions.

Location: US Remote

Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $50-65/hr

Contract Duration: 6 months with potential to extend

What You’ll Do:

• Support strategic planning cycles by contributing to operating model development, governance structure, and initiative tracking processes.

   

• Partner with initiative and workstream owners to review plans, remove obstacles, and drive progress across deliverables.

   

• Provide first-level support for the proprietary project management tool, including onboarding, data extraction, and simple configuration updates.

   

• Prepare clear communication materials including documents, meeting decks, shared-channel updates, and leadership reports.

   

• Coordinate meetings, trainings, office hours, and calendars to ensure smooth execution of project review cadences.

   

What Gets You the Job:

• Undergraduate degree and 5+ years of experience in project management, strategic planning, operations, or professional services.

   

• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Loop, Asana), including experience with data extraction.

   

• Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging across audiences and seniority levels.

   

• Exceptional organization, time-management, and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and work independently.

   

• A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and the ability to identify issues and support process improvements.
