Our client is seeking a hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager to support a wide range of business-critical initiatives across enterprise systems, including ERPs, financial platforms, integrations, and customer-facing technologies. This role is ideal for someone who can move fluidly between strategic planning, project execution, and business analysis—connecting technical stakeholders with business users and ensuring successful outcomes through clear communication and structured processes.

• Location: Remote working Central Time Zone hours
• Pay Rate is expected to be about 65-70/hour
• No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role

What You’ll Do:

• Lead requirements gathering for enterprise systems and integrations, translating complex needs into clear documentation and actionable plans
• Manage project execution from kickoff through delivery, ensuring alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Partner with ERP and integration leads to scope, plan, and deliver enhancements and new functionality across systems
• Extract business needs from non-technical users across eCommerce, marketing, finance, and operations, then refine them into functional requirements
• Oversee change management, communication, and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle

What Gets You the Job: 

• 7+ years of combined experience in business analysis and project management roles within complex, enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, financial platforms, integrations (APIs/middleware), and master data management
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and coordinate with both technical and non-technical teams
• Exceptional skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, and facilitation of workshops with business and IT stakeholders
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and aligning teams around project goals and outcomes
