Our client is looking for a dynamic and technically savvy Technical Project Manager to lead Agile teams and drive the success of innovative IT projects. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Location: Onsite in either Mt Laurel, NJ or Philadelphia, PA
- Compensation: This job will pay about 40-50/hour

What You’ll Do:
- Partner with engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and roadblocks to maintain project momentum.
- Serve as a Scrum Master, leading Agile ceremonies and guiding teams in Agile best practices.
- Oversee product deliverables, including certification, testing, new product development, and analytics.
- Coordinate across multiple product teams to align efforts and ensure successful project outcomes.
What Gets You the Job:
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, with expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Strong technical background, with experience managing software engineering or networking teams.
- Ability to navigate complex projects involving products such as Wi-Fi, Ethernet, Fiber Optics, and Enterprise VPN.
- Skilled in risk management, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience with Agile frameworks such as SAFe Agile, Kanban, or similar methodologies.
