Manager, Finance & HR Applications
We have an immediate need for a Manager, Finance & HR Applicationsto join our client for a full-time, direct hire position. The Manager will oversee a team in the development, implementation and maintenance of Financial and HR enterprise applications.
Location: Brea, CA. Hybrid working 3 days onsite per week.
This job expects to pay about $150,000-200,000 plus bonus and benefits.
What You Will Do:
Platform Roadmap & Priorities
- Define and manage platform roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Oversee ERP (JDE, AS400, Oracle) and HCM (SuccessFactors, Workday) systems, including integrations with enterprise and third-party applications.
- Develop and implement customer engagement, data insights, and digital channel strategies.
Team & Operations Management
- Lead a team of admins, developers, analysts, and coordinators supporting Corporate Finance & HR.
- Ensure system support, architectural design, custom development, enhancements, upgrades, and reporting.
- Maintain ERP and HCM solution architecture documentation, including Business Capability Maps and Process Flows.
- Optimize business processes to drive operational efficiency.
Technical Leadership & System Management
- Provide expertise in cloud technologies, financial/procurement/HR data architecture, and integration.
- Gather and translate requirements into scalable, user-friendly solutions.
- Manage Software Development Life Cycle for efficient, compliant delivery.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Communicate platform changes to users and stakeholders. Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring accountability and performance via KPIs.
- Manage system security, user access, and documentation.
What Gets You The Job:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- Hands on experience in HCM and ERP systems
- 5+ years of experience leading large-scale end-to-end platform implementations and systems consolidations in a fast-paced software business using appropriate SDLC methodologies in an ERP environment
- 5+ years of experience in managing processes for environment management and integrity, security, pipeline management, code integrity, compliance, release management is required.
- 5+ years of experience in platforms (HCM, EPM, Financials) with hands-on experience and advanced technical knowledge of configurations and standard practices is required.
- Previous experience of having overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, and recommending, and implementing change is required.
