Location: Remote in Continental US working PST hours

This full-time role is expected to pay a base salary of about $150-160k.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and enhance SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access governance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as DevOps, Business Systems Analysts, and security stakeholders to drive IAM initiatives.
  • Conduct root cause analysis, troubleshoot issues, and optimize SailPoint implementations.
  • Design and document solutions, ensuring seamless integrations with existing business applications.
  • Engage in ongoing system enhancements, automation, and process improvements.
  • Participate in SDLC implementation cycles, ensuring security best practices and compliance.
  • Actively contribute ideas, ask questions, and collaborate to improve identity management strategies.

What Gets You The Job: 

  • 5+ years of SailPoint development experience, ideally transitioning from a broader software development background.
  • Proficiency in Java or a major scripting language, with the ability to read and analyze code.
  • Experience with IdentityIQ modules such as Lifecycle Management (LCM), Provisioning, and Access Reviews.
  • Strong understanding of IAM principles, security frameworks, and SDLC processes.
  • Ability to interact with multiple teams, drive technical conversations, and document design decisions.
  • Experience integrating SailPoint with on-prem and cloud-based applications.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bitbucket, etc.) is a plus.
