Location: Remote (with monthly travel to Southern California)

Compensation: This job is expected to pay a base salary of about $180-$210k annually plus bonus and strong benefits package

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and execute strategies for insider risk management, user behavior analytics, and data loss prevention initiatives.
  • Lead a team of engineers and analysts to design and implement cutting-edge solutions that enhance data security.
  • Partner with HR, legal, and other stakeholders to establish robust programs that align with organizational goals.
  • Manage the lifecycle of insider risk processes and integrate them seamlessly with enterprise systems.
  • Drive program outcomes with a focus on leadership insights and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee operational excellence in cloud security for enterprise SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Google Workspace, and more.
  • Identify gaps in processes, tools, or systems and implement effective solutions.

What Gets You The Job: 

  • Significant experience in insider risk management and UEBA (User and Entity Behavior Analytics) technologies, such as Securonix, Splunk, or Exabeam.
  • A strong background in data security, including hands-on experience with DLP (Data Loss Prevention) tools.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a track record of building and managing high-performing technical teams.
  • Experience collaborating with HR and legal teams on security programs.
  • Knowledge of security controls in SaaS environments (e.g., Workday, O365, Box).
  • Relevant certifications like CISSP, CISM, or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
