Responsibilities
- Support the deployment and integration of a new help desk ticketing system, ensuring efficient workflows, user access, and SLA configurations
- Collaborate with IT teams to configure and deploy endpoint devices using Microsoft Autopilot for seamless imaging and provisioning
- Manage the software deployment lifecycle, including packaging, distribution, and updates, ensuring smooth delivery across systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to endpoint imaging, software management, and help desk ticketing
- Provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and system challenges, delivering timely and effective resolutions
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align on deployment schedules and IT infrastructure needs
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, tickets, and recurring issues with recommended solutions
Required skills/experience
- 2+ years of experience as a PC Support Engineer, IT Technician, or in a similar technical support role
- Proficiency with help desk ticketing systems such as Ivanti or comparable platforms
- Expertise in Microsoft Autopilot for endpoint imaging and device provisioning
- Experience managing software deployment with tools like LANDesk Endpoint Manager or Intune
- Strong troubleshooting abilities for diagnosing hardware, software, and network issues
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Preferred qualifications include relevant Microsoft certifications and scripting experience for automation.
