Full Stack Developer
We have an immediate need for a Full Stack Developer for a 6 month contract for hire position.
Location: Remote.
This Job Pays: $55-60/HR plus benefits
Full Stack Developer
Join our growing Engineering team and contribute to innovative projects in a collaborative and dynamic environment. You’ll work on diverse tasks, from web and application development to processing genotype data, helping build and enhance our marketplace platforms.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to align with the strategic vision of our product roadmap.
- Drive technical excellence through code and design reviews.
- Develop new features and functionality for internal and external systems, including marketplace platforms for equine and canine domains.
- Write secure, high-quality, and testable code, following functional and technical requirements.
- Assist in designing and building robust systems to support our platforms.
- Provide support and resolve issues in existing codebases.
- Contribute to planning and execution, ensuring on-time delivery of technical solutions.
Required Skills/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 5+ years of industry experience.
- 3+ years of experience with front-end single-page applications.
- Hands-on experience with building marketplace platforms.
- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript or React with TypeScript, Node.js, and tools like Google Cloud, AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Proven ability to manage development projects from planning to delivery.
- Experience building application products; knowledge of bioinformatics, animal genetics, or complex algorithms is a strong plus.
