Service Desk Analyst

We have an immediate need for a Service Desk Analyst to support a great national law firm focused on providing clients with legal counsel throughout ongoing growth and change!

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

This Job Pays: $65-73k/year+ Benefits

What You Will Do:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems promptly, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Provide firm wide support by answering our Help Desk line and assisting with incidents received in the main IT Support queue.
  • Prioritize tasks accurately and balance the demands of multiple concurrent tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional and courteous manner.
  • Interact directly with clients, delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage user accounts through Active Directory and assist with laptop imaging, mobile device setup, and desktop operating systems.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system, capturing problem resolutions from Help Desk tickets, emails, and phone calls.
  • Travel to other sites as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What Gets You The Job: 

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant technical experience.
  • MS Suite experience
  • Hardware and Software Troubleshooting experience
  • Document Management System tools (preferably iManage)
  • Litera Compare (Nice to Have)

Preferred: Experience working at a law firm, preferably mid-size to large law firm
