Mac/iOS IT Manager (Onsite)
We have an immediate need for a direct hire Mac/iOS IT Manager to oversee the IT infrastructure and facilities management needs of our client, a very successful medical practice. This role offers the opportunity to support business operations and improve efficiencies while upholding the highest standards of security and compliance.
As the sole IT resource, you’ll manage both hands-on technical support and strategic initiatives, collaborating with department heads to ensure smooth IT and facilities operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple complex priorities, with a focus on building relationships, managing vendor services, and staying HIPAA compliant.
Location: West Hollywood, CA (Onsite)
This job expects to pay about $75,000 – 90,000 annually plus benefits.
What You Will Do:
- Oversee all IT systems and Mac/iOS devices, ensuring HIPAA compliance in every update, upgrade, and system change.
- Provide direct support for facilities management tasks, coordinating vendor services for maintenance needs.
- Manage and optimize Salesforce reports, automations, and patient record analytics, enhancing data insights for operational improvements.
- Support the Digital Content systems and collaborate with stakeholders to leverage technology in marketing and digital content strategies.
- Participate in management meetings, serving as an IT advisor to align technology with department goals.
- Monitor IT budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and prepare financial reports.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve IT and facility-related issues, maintaining communication with all parties involved.
What Gets You The Job:
- Strong technical expertise in Mac/iOS environments, including troubleshooting, upgrades, and support.
- Experience with Salesforce, including report building and automations for data management.
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance requirements within an IT setting.
