We are seeking a sharp, technically inclined Level 2/3 Technical Support Engineer to join our NYC office. You will be the senior technical resource onsite, supporting up to 100 users locally and up to 1000 globally. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with strong troubleshooting skills, looking for a step-up role in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Location: NYC, onsite 4 days per week
This full-time job is expected to pay about $90-100k annually + benefits
What You Will Do:
- Resolve escalated technical issues from Level 1 Help Desk, primarily focused on Microsoft Ecosystem (Azure, O365, Windows, AutoPilot).
- Provide onsite support in NYC (Mon-Thurs), managing hardware, software, and networking for up to 100 local users.
- Collaborate with global teams to support users worldwide, ensuring high-quality technical assistance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Azure Active Directory and related systems.
- Assist with the deployment and management of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Manage service tickets, ensuring adherence to ITIL-based service levels.
- Identify opportunities for continuous service improvement and automation.
What Gets You The Job:
- 3-5 years of experience in IT support, with strong troubleshooting at Level 2/3.
- Expertise in Microsoft technologies (Azure, O365, Windows 10/11, AutoPilot, etc.).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes; ITIL v4 certification is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a curiosity for technology and innovation.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
