We are seeking an IT Asset Manager to dive into the company’s next chapter with state-of-the-art offices and a commitment to collaboration, flexibility, and innovation.

In this leadership role you will take charge of a vital IT Asset Management Program, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence in managing technology assets throughout their lifecycle.

Location: Phoenix Metro Area (3 days onsite)

This job is expected to pay a base salary around $110k with industry-leading benefits!

What You Will Do:

  • Lead the IT Asset Management team, driving program performance and operational efficiency.
  • Implement ITAM best practices, contributing to policy and process enhancements.
  • Audit and manage budgetary spend, overseeing hardware and software inventory levels.
  • Coordinate procurement and purchasing of IT hardware and software with relevant departments.
  • Maintain the approved hardware and software lists and the IT Asset Catalog.
  • Ensure the accuracy of the IT Asset repository and software license utilization.

What Gets You The Job: 

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in IT Asset Management and operational leadership.
  • Strong understanding of ITAM lifecycle, governance, and best practices.
  • Experience with budget management and auditing IT expenditures.
  • Proficiency in procurement processes and asset catalog maintenance.
  • Excellent project management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Knowledge of IT governance, security, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Preferred qualifications include:
    • Experience with ServiceNow ITAM tool
    • Prior FinTech or financial services industry experience
    • ITIL or similar certifications
