We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner for our client, a successful hospitality organization. Nestled amidst the vibrant allure of the Las Vegas, our client is a beacon of sophistication, elevating guest experiences to new heights. As a crucial part of their team, you will form partnerships across the HR function to deliver exceptional service that reflects their organizational objectives.

Location: Onsite Las Vegas, NV

This position is expected to pay about $65-70k annually

What You Will Do:

  • Provide dedicated support to the VP of HR, CFP, COO, CMO, and CCO
  • Work closely with a team of 3, contributing to a collaborative and dynamic work environment
  • Bring 5-10 years of experience in supporting C-level executives to the table
  • Handle administrative duties and coordinate all executive admin objectives
  • Assist in the hiring process for two additional team members
  • Consult with all levels of management, offering guidance as needed
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop effective solutions, programs, and policies
  • Serve as the main contact for Member complaints, conducting intake and assessments
  • Manage and resolve complex Member relations issues through thorough investigations
  • Stay updated on legal requirements related to Member management, reducing risks and ensuring compliance
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance, including coaching, counseling, and career development

What Gets You The Job: 

  • 5-10 years of professional HR administration experience, with a focus on supporting C-level executives
  • Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state employment and labor laws
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, human resources, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
