Project Manager/Scrum Master (Hybrid)
We have an immediate need for a Project Manager/Scrum Master to join a healthcare finance technology organization. The Project Manager/Scrum Master must be well organized, professional, with the ability to maintain confidentiality, work well with limited direction, and taking initiative to ensure the needs of the team are met.
Location: Irving, Texas (Hybrid)
This Job Pays: $105,000 – 130,000 annually
What You Will Do:
- Lead Agile processes, including sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
- Guide and coach development teams on Agile principles, fostering continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the product owner to align priorities and ensure a deep understanding of Agile frameworks.
- Remove impediments and maintain a smooth workflow throughout projects.
- Head cross-functional collaboration for end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple teams.
What Gets You The Job:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Preferred certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in software development (minimum of 2 years).
- Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum principles and methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for effective project planning and release management.
- Successful track record in managing diverse teams across multiple projects.
- Ability to coordinate and coach teams within Agile frameworks.
- Collaborative approach with the product owner to align priorities.
- Highly motivated, energetic, hardworking self-starter
- Ability to produce timely deliverables and manage multiple and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong problem- solving skills
- Ability to build strong business relationships in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills
- Constructively challenge the process and take the initiative to search for opportunities to grow, improve and innovate
- Strong acumen for learning new technology
