Head of Identity and Access Governance (Remote)
We have an immediate need for a Head of Identity and Access Governance to join a leading insurance organization. The Head of Identity and Access Governance is responsible for tools, processes, controls, governance and oversight activities for all IGA solutions for globally dispersed businesses, personnel and customers enterprise-wide.
Location: Remote
This Job Pays: $200,000 – 217,000 annually
What You Will Do:
- Define and implement best practice IAM business processes, risk & controls.
- Manage and lead the identity and access management activities, ensuring prompt, efficient, and accurate resolution of identity and access matters.
- Enhance and provide oversight of end-to-end access (re)certification processes and controls with a strong emphasis on completeness and accuracy validation procedures.
- Oversee and provide management oversight & control reviews of end-to-end IAM processes and controls.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, with agreed upon quality. Ensure each project has appropriate project planning deliverables.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of policies, procedures, and internal control documentation required for user provisioning, role changes, de-provisioning, auditing, etc.
What Gets You The Job:
- 15+ years of solution experience with IAM business processes, defining requirements, and implementing and recommending control-based business processes
- 15+ years of end-to-end access (re)certification experience with a strong understanding of completeness and accuracy validation procedures
- 12+ years working with 3rd parties providing management oversight of IAM processes and controls
- 12+ years advance understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, security and IT controls and related standards
- Experience interpreting architecture, designs and business requirements to develop and implement IT security solutions that span multiple technologies, businesses and geographies
- 12+ years’ experience engineering and designing Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms, solutions and services
- 10+ years integrating applications and business services with IAM solutions
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with platforms such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta and related platforms
