SAP SuccessFactor Product Manager

We have an immediate need for an SAP SuccessFactor Product Manager to join a chemical manufacturing company for a 6-month position. This role will as the product owner for Core HCM, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Recruiting, Talent Management, or Learning solutions.

Location: Hybrid in Irving, TX preferred, open to remote

This Job Pays: $65-80/HR

What You Will Do:

  • Strategize with Sr HR leaders to define and deliver on a portfolio of HR digital solutions (e.g. product roadmap creation, develop migration strategies, etc.) to improve the HR experience for  Employees
  • Demonstrate global product and configuration expertise in HCM modules, Payroll Systems, Time & Attendance Systems, and HR Service Delivery Systems; preferably SuccessFactors, ADP, Kronos, and ServiceNow
  • Exhibit knowledge of global data privacy law and compliance measures, inclusive of HIPAA, GDPR, and SOX
  • Maintain communication with business partners to ensure that process technology concerns, ideas, and strategies are understood and addressed, within appropriate governance frameworks
  • Help HR teams to effectively develop their system knowledge by creating and maintaining HR technology documentation and support articles
  • Challenge shortcuts, hard coded configuration, and other design deficiencies which create obstacles to delivering quality solutions which meet the HR business partner needs, create fantastic end user experiences, and remain easy to support.
  • Serve as the escalation point internal partner technology issues, resolving business partner problems, concerns, and questions.

What Gets You The Job: 

  • 10+ years Human Resources process, system, and technical support
  • Strong techno-functional knowledge (design, implementation, and support) of SAP/ SuccessFactors suite, specifically with Employee Central and internal interactions with HR Operations, Payroll, and Finance
  • End to end experience in software system implementations (planning & scoping, requirements gathering, build /configuration, testing, cutover, go-live support)
  • Leading skills in configuration, integration, and HR system/security architecture design with SAP/SuccessFactors modules, ServiceNow, and Payroll/Time Management software
  • Ability to consult and direct business partners toward prudent technology decisions driven by business objectives and culture, in alignment with best practices and IT architecture
  • Experience working with the Agile Methodology of project delivery and the ability to work within both Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
