Director of Analytics and Integration (Hybrid)
We have an immediate need for a Director of Analytics and Integration to join a premier pediatric healthcare system. The Director of Analytics and Integration is responsible for the effective management of daily operations of the Business Applications ERP and BI & Analytics.
Location: Orange, CA (Hybrid; mostly remote but occasionally in office)
This Job Pays: $220,000 – 225,000 annually
What You Will Do:
- Development and management of financial operating and capital budgets, JCAHO information management compliance, recruitment, staffing, productivity, performance reviews, quality customer service, education and team leadership.
- Promotes and facilitates a teamwork environment at all times. responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company.
- Works with Sr. Leadership and Executive Management to grow the company through the use of data analytics leveraging existing technology investment and the use of technological resources.
- Direct all employees in the Data/BI department and collaborate with all other departments to attain the company’s strategic goals established in the company’s strategic plan.
- Applies design thinking approach to solving business problems.
What Gets You The Job:
- 7-10 years experience in IT Function
- BA or BS Degree, Masters a plus
- Demonstrated strength in building and articulating a vision and setting technology goals.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and strategic thinking skills to understand and anticipate the impact and opportunities across multiple critical projects.
- Ability to build and establish positive relationships with stakeholders and staff at all levels.
- Experience managing multiple strategic initiatives while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
- Experience presenting findings / recommendations to Executive level audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and leads change effectively.
