Technical Services Manager (Hybrid)
We have an immediate need for a Technical Services Manager to join a premier pediatric healthcare system. The Technical Services Manager is responsible for effective management for System Engineering/Storage technical staff, identification and assessment of business needs relative to implementation of technology, coordination and project management for technical projects, implementations, maintenance, and development of industry-standard technical protocols and procedures.
Location: Orange, CA (Hybrid)
This Job Pays: $150,000 – 192,000 annually
What You Will Do:
- Oversee the planning, design, engineering, configuration and troubleshooting of the hospital’s server environment.
- Ensure reliable network connectivity solutions, data transport and storage, capacity planning, client accessibility, change management, staff development, functional cross-training, and team building.
- Promotes and facilitates a teamwork environment at all times.
- Administrative responsibilities include development and management of capital and operating budgets, staffing, productivity, performance reviews and quality customer service, education and team leadership.
What Gets You The Job:
- Minimum five (5) years of experience with multiple network infrastructure technologies/tools including servers, and storage
- Five (5) years supervisory experience & managing multiple projects
- Over three (3) years in healthcare network environment & with large scale projects a HUGE plus, if not healthcare, visibility to a 24/7 environment
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field – or equivalent experience
- Required: System Engineering, Endpoint, BDI, Cisco Server a plus but not mandatory , any server heavy exp wil work, network management, project management, personnel management, finance & budgeting
- All a plus – PMP Certified, Cisco Certified, Palo Alto
- Required: Ability to set goals and judge results in accordance with the highest standards; care with sensitivity and respect; advance care through development of new ideas and technology
