We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join our client, a successful hospitality organization in a captivating journey into the world of unmatched luxury and financial prowess. Nestled amidst the vibrant allure of the Las Vegas, our client is a beacon of sophistication, elevating guest experiences to new heights. As the Chief Financial Officer, you will be the architect of fiscal excellence, guiding the company’s financial strategies and solidifying its position as a paragon of financial success in the industry.
Location: Las Vegas, NV
This position is expected to pay a base salary of about $250-$275k annually

What Gets You The Job:
- 15+ years’ experience in a senior financial managerial position
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred) and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience opening new properties/locations is required
- Professional accounting designation (CA, CMA or CPA)
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly
- Ability to provide leadership and direction contributing to the success of the organization through engaging, developing, and mentoring individuals and teams
