Business Systems Analyst – Quality Management Systems (eQMS) – Hybrid

We have an immediate need for a Business Systems Analyst with Quality Management Systems (eQMS) experience to join a leading developer and manufacturer of implantable eye lenses. The BSA will be involved in developing new integration services and supporting the organization’s customer facing clinical applications.

Location: Monrovia, CA (Hybrid)

This Job Pays: $120,000 – 150,000 annually

What You Will Do:

  • Provides cost effective business systems and applications analysis in support of the development and implementation of business applications, including evaluation, analysis, documentation of requirements, translation into proper system requirement specifications and configuration
  • Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both end-user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems, applications and industry requirements
  • Operates as a liaison between technical personnel and the appropriate end-user departments
  • Evaluates and translates end user needs and problems to technical associates and/or vendors where appropriate
  • Understands the business implications of technical solutions, and assists in defining and documenting the technology solutions to support any future business needs
  • Instructs end users new technology and enhancements using all appropriate communication tools as well as providing support for existing system

What Gets You The Job: 

  • 8-10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst who has experience working on systems integrations and implementations
  • Must have experience with Quality Management Systems and testing of medical devices. ComplianceQuest and Viva Systems are preferred but will consider any eQMS experience in Life Sciences.
  • Familiarity with medical device industry regulations and compliance standards (e.g., FDA regulations, ISO standards) is highly desirable.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle EBS, Fusion D365 etc. and systems integration experience between CRM systems with ERP Systems will be a plus.
  • Undergraduate degree preferred and 6-8 years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 4-6 years relevant experience.
