Data Engineer (Power Automate)

Data Engineer (Power Automate) – Hybrid

We have an immediate need for a Data Engineer to join a healthcare technology organization for a full-time, permanent position in Irving, TX. The Data Engineer will collaborate with business and technology teams to design and maintain workflow automations using Microsoft Power Platform tools and the Power BI stack.

Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid)

This Job Pays: $120,000 – 140,000 annually

What You Will Do:

• Develop, manage, and maintain highly secure, automated data workflows, their access and execution authorities using Microsoft Power Platform tools and the PowerBI.com stack.
• Create, stage, and test scheduled workflows for controlled deployment within Development, Q/A, and Production workspace environments.
• Respect CI/CD pipelines and staged promotional processes for Production deployment.
• Assume responsibility for all workflow services – guaranteeing accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of content while maintaining data Integrity and security.
• Define and establish technical strategy, standards, and guidelines in data transmission and secured delivery domains.
• Build and maintain a core set of enterprise-quality data workflows in alignment with business imperatives, processes, and the technology roadmap.

What Gets You The Job: 

• 5+ years of experience with security-compliant data connectivity and transfer methods using Power Automate and DAX development tools.
• 3+ years of experience with Power Platform Premium services, including content management, and workspace authorization. Experience with Power BI and PowerApps is a plus.
• Ability to develop custom connectors, when required, using REST API techniques.
• Knowledge of modern data architecture concepts and core data services, such as Data Lakes, Data Flows, Data Marts, and Datasets, as well as relational and multi-dimensional modeling, and master data management.
• Specific experience with NETSUITE import and export integration methods is a necessity.
