SAP ABAP Developer – SAP EHP8 & HANA (Hybrid)

We have an immediate need for an SAP ABAP Developer to join a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition. You will provide design and development oversight for various development in SAP application Version EHP 8 / HANA and integration with Third party systems.

Location: Union Beach, New Jersey (Hybrid)

This Job Pays: $150,000 – 175,000 annually

What You Will Do: 

• The role is responsible for understanding the SAP implementation EHP8 / Rollout / upgrade projects and implementation of HANA system.
• As an ABAP Developer the position will collaborate and engage with key program and project teams across the enterprise to conceive, architect and deliver solutions aligned with business requirement.
• In this role, the role owner will be responsible for working closely with in-house and vendor technical team across the globe, System integrators and project leadership to deliver/support solutions.
• Lead the development of SAP projects using the ABAP standards and processes aligned with strategic objectives to govern solutions.
• Support the established AMS team to troubleshoot/address the enhancement issues and incidents.
• Provide input on delivery estimation and resource planning to business / project lead for effective planning.
• Lead discovery sessions with business subject matter experts across various technical platform areas in delivering high-level design & documentation.

What Gets You The Job: 

• College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, information science, management information systems, or business administration
• At least 5-10 years of experience in SAP environments in S/4 HANA, Fiori, ECC, SAP Solution Manager.
• Minimum 2 years Fiori/HTLM5 development experience for SAP S/4HANA
• Minimum 3 years general SAP UI application and development experience (Enterprise Portal, Fiori, or other)
• Experience web services including REST, SOAP, Odata servies and API management.
• Experience with Solution Manager Change Management (CHARM), Focused Build is a plus.
• HANA Implementation experience (Green & Brown field).
• Knowledge of QA processes and test-driven development Quality and Security minded approach and experience in managing application data in accordance with data privacy policies
