Mobile QA Tester (Remote/Local)

We have an immediate need for a Mobile QA Tester to join a real estate development company. The Mobile QA Tester will be responsible for testing software applications and ensuring they meet the specified requirements and quality standards. The ideal candidate has done testing on Android or iOS.

Location: Remote but must be located near Irvine, CA

This Job Pays: $45 – 47 per hour

What You Will Do: 

• Create, maintain and execute test cases and test plans for software applications
• Identify and report defects, issues, and risks to project teams
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery
• Participate in team meetings to provide status updates and escalate issues as needed
• Analyze and troubleshoot software issues and report findings to development teams
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing
• Ensure that all testing is completed on time and within budget
• Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and performance testing as needed
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for testing and regression purposes

What Gets You The Job: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
• Strong experience testing on Android and iOS
• Experience working with Browserstack is a plus
• Knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Experience with test case creation, execution, and maintenance
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with automation testing tools such as Selenium, TestComplete, or similar tools is a plus
