BI Developer (Onsite)

We are seeking BI Developer to join a bathware products manufacturing organization. The BI Developer will be a key member of the IT team whose primary mission is to partner with key business and IT leaders for the delivery of business intelligence solutions used to enable and support critical business functions and processes across the enterprise.

Location: Irving, Texas

This Job Pays: $90,000 – 103,000 annually

What You Will Do: 

• Provide a service-oriented, customer-focused IT function that supports ongoing operations that drive efficiency, quality, customer service and growth.
• Establish appropriate service levels and the processes to ensure that KPIs are met.
• Oversee root cause analysis process for all related incidents.
• Oversee problem tracking, RCA templates, post-mortems, and action item follow-up, monthly metrics.
• Support a comprehensive enterprise information security program to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of relevant data.
• Support the implementation of an enterprise-wide disaster recovery capability.
• Support and enforce policies, processes, standards, and methodologies, including those for architecture, cybersecurity, disaster recovery and service provision.
• Monitor and continue to improve upon customer satisfaction and service delivery management.
• Gather user requirements through facilitated interviews and content analysis.

What Gets You The Job: 

• Solid working knowledge and experience working with relational databases and SQL query authoring.
• Five to six years of demonstrated performance in software integration as well as hands on experience mapping technical requirements into IT processes.
• Experience developing and optimizing data marts.
• Experience performing detailed analysis of internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• A successful history of manipulating, processing, and extracting value from large, disconnected datasets.
• Solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Flows.
• Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems, or another quantitative field. (Or 5+ years of experience in a BI or SQL developer role.)
