PeopleSoft Grants Consultant (Remote)

We have an immediate need for a dedicated PeopleSoft Grants Consultant to join a nationally ranked children’s hospital. The PeopleSoft Grants Consultant will take full ownership of the PeopleSoft Grants module and all related projects, which include AR, BI (Billing), and PC (Project Costing). The primary responsibility of the Grants Consultant is to manage the workload around invoices and reconciliation. The position requires a strong understanding of the Grants module and its integration with other modules.

Location: Remote

This Job Pays: $70 – 85 per hour

What You Will Do:

• Take full ownership of the PeopleSoft Grants module and all related projects
• Manage workload around invoices and reconciliation
• Work closely with the IT ERP PeopleSoft Team to ensure successful integration of the Grants module with other modules
• Provide guidance and support to end-users on best practices for utilizing the Grants module
• Develop and maintain documentation related to the Grants module and related projects
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to the Grants module

What Gets You The Job: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft Grants module
• Strong understanding of PeopleSoft version 9/2
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exposure to other PeopleSoft modules is a plus
