AWS Cloud Architect (Hybrid/Remote)

We have an immediate need for an AWS Cloud Architect to join a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AWS-based cloud solutions that support the organization’s business goals. Your technical expertise and hands-on experience with AWS services, such as EC2, S3, RDS, and others, will enable you to build and deploy innovative solutions that deliver actionable insights and drive meaningful business outcomes.

Location: Union Beach, New Jersey (Hybrid) or Remote

This Job Pays: $175,000 – 200,000 annually

What You Will Do:

• Design and build high-quality, scalable, and secure cloud-based solutions on the AWS platform.
• Develop, run and maintain application in AWS ECS, ECS, API Gateways, Lambda, Cloud Formation, Cloud Watch and Cloud Trail Services.
• Working with customer to triage platform problems in cloud based environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure as code and automation scripts.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of cloud solutions in production.

What Gets You The Job: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Highly skilled in cloud services such as VPC, EC2, EKS, ECR, EFS, EBS, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudFront, SQS, Elastic Load Balancing, Auto Scaling, Route 53, Cloud Watch and IAM.
• Experience with both relational and non-relational database.
• Five or more years of experience practicing AWS Cloud Computing, DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure Automation, Configuration Management, and Quality Engineering Expertise.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Python, Ruby, or Shell.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing architecture and design principles.
• Experience with infrastructure as code, automation, and deployment strategies.
• Experience with deploying and managing cloud-based solutions in production.
