AI/ML Engineer (Hybrid/Remote)

We have an immediate need for an AI or Machine Learning Engineer to join a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing AI and machine learning models that support the organization’s business goals. Your technical expertise and hands-on experience with AWS services will enable you to build and deploy innovative solutions that deliver actionable insights and drive meaningful business outcomes.

Location: Union Beach, New Jersey (Hybrid) or Remote

This Job Pays: $175,000 – 200,000 annually

What You Will Do:

• Design and build high-quality, scalable, and secure AI/ML models and applications on AWS platform.
• Extensive experience working with machine learning models with respect to deployment, inference, tuning, and measurement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions.
• Implement and maintain data pipelines for AI/ML models.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of AI/ML models in production.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML technologies and best practices and help promote their adoption within the organization.
• Manage the current setup and improve or suggest innovation.

What Gets You The Job: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, if it is Data science or other related field will be added bonus.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS AI/ML services such as SageMaker, Comprehend, Rekognition, and others.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, model evaluation, and optimization techniques.
• 1+ years of experience in developing ML infrastructure and MLOps in the Cloud using AWS SageMaker.
• 2+ years of experience in CI/CD and Agile practices.
• 1+ years of experience with container orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, ECS.
• Experience in Object Oriented Programming (Python or similar Java), SQL, Unix scripting or related programming languages and exposure to some of Python’s ML ecosystem (numpy, panda, sklearn, tensorflow, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins or equivalent) and version control (Git).
• Relational and NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, EKS, etc.), API and in-memory technologies.
