SVP of Data (Hybrid)

Highly successful and innovative company is seeking a dynamic Data leader who has experience building various types of data strategies which include database technology, data governance, data security, data schema and identity access. This individual will evaluate, suggest, implement, and lead a data team to design and implement a new data strategy to better support corporate and shareholder goals. Work closely with executive leadership, key stakeholders, and a 15 person data team.

Location: Agoura Hills, CA (Hybrid)

This Job Pays: $250,000 – 330,000 annually

Must Haves:

• Extensive experience creating and implementing data strategies.
• Consultative approach working with executive teams.
• Broad knowledge of data related technologies/tools.
• Relational Databases, data architecture, data models and schemas, data governance, data security.
• Leadership experience

Nice to Have:

• Finance, Banking or Real Estate industry experience
