Project Manager (Remote)

We have an immediate need for a Project Manager or a strong Business Analyst to join a real estate development company. The role is part-time, 20 hours per week, for at least 2 months, and is fully remote. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and technical documentation skills, as well as experience conducting RFPs or working with that type of framework and organization. The resource will be responsible for meeting with stakeholders to gather requirements, developing a scoring criteria for the demos, arranging the demos with different vendors, and doing the final analysis.

Location: Remote working Pacific hours but local to Irvine, CA preferred

This Job Pays: $60 – 100 per hour

What You Will Do: 

• Project Planning: Define the scope of the project, develop a detailed project plan, and track progress against the plan.
• Resource Management: Assign tasks to team members, set deadlines, and manage resource allocation to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, including tracking and reporting expenses and forecasting future costs.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
• Communication: Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including team members, clients, and senior management.
• Quality Management: Ensure that the project meets the organization’s quality standards and deliverables meet customer expectations.
• Change Management: Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, or budget while minimizing the impact on the project.
• Project Closure: Conduct a post-project evaluation to identify lessons learned and ensure the project meets its objectives.
