Global Head of IAM Strategy & Operations (Remote)

We have an immediate need for a Global Head of IAM Strategy & Operations to join a leading insurance organizations. The Global Head of IAM (Identity & Access Management) leader will provide overall leadership and own the enterprise IAM program including all aspects related, but not limited, to strategy & roadmap, governance, engineering, operations, and regulatory compliance.

Location: Remote

This Job Pays: $325,000 – 375,000 annually

What You Will Do: 

• Define and refine the strategy & roadmap for the IAM program with the goal of continuously reducing risk, improving maturity, security and operational efficiency
• Plan and execute the delivery of IAM services that include the following – IGA (Identity Governance & Administration), Authentication (for internal workforce), PAM (Privileged access management), CMS (Certificate management systems), CIAM (Customer IAM) and Platform & Application Access Administration
• Demonstrate an understanding of how IAM tools/services/processes should work cohesively with each other as well as integrate with broader security and infrastructure solutions
• Lead & oversee the implementation of IAM solutions that enforce applicable organization security policies and access management requirements
• Ability to navigate the environment to engage/escalate/collaborate with appropriate service owners, business leaders, global infrastructure teams, regional IT teams and key product vendors and professional service vendors

What Gets You The Job: 

• 18+ years of overall experience in (or related experience) Cybersecurity and IAM managing engineering, strategy, process/controls and related services
• 12+ years’ experience in leading enterprise IAM programs that are scalable and adaptable with the ever-changing business needs and industry demands.
• 10+ years’ experience in building high performing teams, defining operating models and hiring the right talent
• 10+ years’ experience in IAM products – SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Centrify, Quest tools (Enterprise reporter, Change Auditor, Active Roles Server), Hashicorp, Azure & AWS native tools, Keyfactor and Entrust
• 10+ years of engineering, production, and operational support (or related experience) with IAM business processes, defining requirements, and implementing and recommending control-based business processes
• 10+ years working with 3rd parties providing management oversight of IAM services, technologies, processes, and controls
