IT Vendor Analyst (Hybrid)

We have an immediate need for an IT Vendor Analyst to join the nation’s largest independent tire and wheel retailer. Under general supervision, the IT Vendor Analyst supports the Vendor Management organization as a backup for facilitating and negotiating contracts, maintaining Vendor records and building IT Vendor relationships.

Location: Scottsdale, Arizona

This Job Pays: $33 – 38 per hour

What You Will Do:

• Facilitating IT Contract process for small to medium complexity contracts (e.g. Staff Aug)
• Streamline existing policies and procedures, creating new where none exist
• Manage backlog within ServiceNow tool
• Update and ensure compliance with vendor rate cards
• Coordinating Vendor business review meetings
• Updating Vendor Maintenance records
• Assisting Vendor Relationship Specialists as needed
• Ensure policy compliance

What Gets You The Job: 

• This position requires a minimum of one year procurement, vendor management, project management, contract experience or related experience in information technology
• Proven experience with Vendor Management, preferable in IT.
• Experience with Vendor Risk and Vendor Performance preferred.
• Knowledgeable about IT contracts such as SOWs, NDA, MSA.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow required.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Word required.
