We are seeking a T1/T2 Support Engineer to join a leading nationwide IT Services company that focuses on the unique computing, networking and application needs of all sized businesses. This role is a contract, onsite role. The rate for this role is $35-45/hr depending on experience.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide Tier1/2 support for workstations, phones, printers
  • Support 300 users
  • Provide support for O365 users

What Gets You The Job:

  • O365 experience
  • Experience with Cisco/WebEx environments
  • Experience providing support to a large amount of users
  • MSHA Mining Certification
