We are seeking a Contact Center Senior Engineer/Unified Communication to join a dental support organization that partners with owner dentists to provide business support to their dental practice. This is a direct hire, hybrid capable role but candidates need to reside in the Irving, TX area. The Senior Engineer will create conceptual and detailed technical design documents and standards.

What You Will Do: 

  • Optimizes, Automates, documents, shares, and improves processes.
  • Creates conceptual and detailed technical design documents and standards.
  • Partners with team members and project stakeholders to plan, design, implement, promote visibility, and improve the processes and products needed to maintain a robust framework to support applications, and to deliver quality solutions focused on patient experience.
  • Believes that quality performance at every job, every day, every hour, is required.
  • Takes initiative, validates, and resolves problems; performs root cause analysis when necessary; identifies gaps; recommends solutions and preventative measures; and communicates progress consistently.
  • Plans and initiates reviews for system additions and/or enhancements with internal and external customers/vendors.
  • Adheres to a culture of compliance, risk avoidance/mitigation, and corporate accountability.

What Gets You the Job:

  • 5+ years of VOIP telephony experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing Cloud based Contact Center technologies (CCaaS), specifically Nice CXone; with expertise in Studio, WFM, QM, Reporting.
  • 3+ years of proven experience deploying and supporting contact center technologies.
  • Vast understanding of Contact Center Operations including inbound voice (tollfree networks/SIP/IVR/ACD), digital channels including email/chat/SMS/social/AI, reporting, workforce management, contact center reporting and analytics, leveraging APIs and integrations across the enterprise.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experienced in communication, collaboration and developing presentations for Senior level staff, Executive, Director, VP and above.
