We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join one of California’s most prestigious hospitals. This is a contract, remote capable role. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of help desk processes and have hands on experience with Service Now’s incident platform (ITSM).
What You Will Do:
- Troubleshoot for Tier 1 – 2
- Support projects using existing resources on the Service Desk
- Guide users/callers to the correct information
What Gets You The Job:
- Hands-on experience with Service Now
- Good communication skills
- IT helpdesk/service desk experience
- Flexible work schedule to support off hours work during nights and weekends as needed
