We are seeking a Help Desk/Desktop Technician to join a not-for-profit, Medicare Advantage, health maintenance organization based in Long Beach, California. This is a contract, onsite role. The ideal candidate will be able to provide help to users via phone and onsite support.

What You Will Do:

      Coordinate with ITAM leads on daily targets

Add endpoints into appropriate collections for IPU (in place upgrade)

Communicate with end users and answer any questions about the process to help manage expectations

Track progress of daily targets

Escalate or address any issues with IPU

Coordinate endpoint replacement if unable to resolve any IPU failures

What Gets You The Job:

      Familiar with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (for imaging and pushing software)

Good communication skills

Process oriented

Remote troubleshooting experience
