Looking for a growth-minded, results-driven Director of Digital Strategy who can help turn objectives into digital actions. This individual works with internal members and departments to develop strategies and execute plans across various channels. Decisive and accountable, the digital strategist will play a pivotal role in initiating projects, ensuring the team understands the objectives, and ensuring that all initiatives tie back to our larger marketing funnel.

You must be an innovator, an active listener, and a forward-thinker who understands how digital is connected to every aspect of a DTC business. The right person will be collaborative, resilient and hungry to help grow the business. They’ll be a positive communicator and proactive in educating, challenging, and empowering others throughout the company.

Please note: this role is based in our Glendale, CA offices.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute and manage digital marketing strategies to increase TOFU growth and new customer acquisition
  • Work closely with Management and Digital Media team to conceptualize, execute, and report on campaign strategy and effectiveness
  • Frequent, in-depth data analysis to spot trends/shifts in the landscape and opportunities to improve performance and ROI
  • Providing expertise and leadership in data-driven marketing, across all channels: digital and emerging media
  • Test the performance of ad creative, landing page design, beta opportunities, new vendors and other campaign elements to improve results
  • Identify and present new opportunities/areas of growth that will improve digital media ROI
  • Manage relationships with multiple vendors, working closely to optimize budget and performance
  • Participate in client calls to discuss account performance, interpretation of data, and actionable plans based on findings
  • Collaborate cross-channel with internal teams to provide a holistic view of our digital footprint and better understanding of how each channel interacts with each other
  • Understand the competitive media landscape and keep abreast of industry trends to identify new opportunities to drive category leadership through brand and lower funnel performance media

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related subject required
  • 7+ years of related experience in performance marketing
  • Track record for successfully driving digital customer growth and revenue across paid media platforms
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in Excel and data tools
  • Confident knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Strong project management skills, must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter, highly motivated and must thrive in a fast-growing company
