Document Management Systems Manager (Hands-on)

IMMEDIATE NEED for a Document/Data/Records Management Manager to join a pharmaceutical company in their south Orange County location. Position does not supervise staff – you will be in charge of maintaining the Management Solution (Veeva) and interface with business units. Position include phenomenal benefits – world class retirement, 4+ weeks PTO in first year, great work environment.  

Responsibilities:

  • “Own” the Records Management solutions for a Pharmaceutical company
  • Work in a hands on role to maintain and enhance systems
  • Veeva, Proofpoint vendor management and systems analysis
  • Interface with internal business units

Qualifications:

  • Records Management expertise, with both technical and business facing roles (Product Manager, Analyst, etc)
  • Experience Veeva Systems or competing product (Documentum, OpenText, etc)
  • Skilled at interfacing with non technical business units
