Innovative and growing SaaS company is seeking a Client Services Manager/Director to oversee 3 different groups (Service Desk/AppSupport, Field Support & Customer Success).
- This individual will manager 3 managers and report directly to the COO.
- Must have strong leadership skills and bring a consultative approach to sloving problems with both external customers and with interal operations.
