Growth Marketing Project Manager (Remote)
Our client is seeking a Growth Marketing Project Manager on a contract basis to join their Customer Acquisition team who drives new subscriber growth through performance marketing and paid media. The Growth Marketing Project Manager oversees creative workflow, manages global assets, supports campaign planning, and ensures smooth coordination across strategy, creative, and media teams. You’ll help streamline processes, elevate creative quality, and keep fast-moving campaigns on track.
Location: Remote working eastern hours
This job expects to pay about $30 – $32 per hour plus benefits

What You’ll Do:
- Partner with regional and global strategy teams to plan paid media campaigns and align on acquisition strategy
- Act as the bridge between creative, media buying, and strategy to ensure timely delivery of assets
- Identify risks for upcoming campaign launches and proactively troubleshoot or escalate
- Communicate priorities and updates through daily syncs, weekly meetings, and cross-functional reporting
- Build and maintain project plans for campaign timelines and creative deliverables
- QA and deliver creative assets across acquisition channels
- Troubleshoot workflow or process issues and recommend improvements
- Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency and collaboration
What Gets You the Job:
- 3–4+ years of experience in digital marketing, project management, creative operations, or similar roles
- Must have experience with Airtable or BOX.
- Must have experience managing global assets.
- Proven success managing projects across multiple teams in a complex environment
- Strong understanding of digital marketing creative and performance best practices
- Solutions-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with direct-to-consumer marketing
- Interest or experience in sports and/or entertainment marketing is a plus
- Flexible, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
