Sabina DiSano has been with Irvine Technology Corporation since its inception in the year 2000. Hired to build out the non-First American business with outside clients- she has done just that and created an impressive list of clients throughout Orange County and other parts of the US. A native of Munich, Germany, Sabina has lived in the United States since 1980.She spent her first years traveling across the US in the capacity of project manager-for an ERP software company installing and customizing software according to client needs. She later worked for a savings & loan in the mid 80’s as their VP of Information Technology before retiring to full-time mother’s duties. A couple years later, a friend recruited her to work for her staffing company and this marked the beginning of a great career in the information technology staffing field. With a degree in Computer Science and Finance (Auditing) from the University of Munich, Germany, information technology is Sabina’s main comfort zone. Matching talent with open positions is a true passion- as recruiter or in a sales role- speaking with and about technology and solving complex people/technical issues are her favorite things to do. In her free time Sabina is very involved in the local equestrian scene- as a Vice President of the San Juan Capistrano chapter of the California Dressage Society and active competitor with her two horses Lafit and Tommy T. As a mother of 3 college/high school aged children she is busy organizing and supporting the varied activities in sports and studies of her children and assisting her husband Gary with his long term illness.
Terry Raisor

Geographically, the majority of his efforts have focused on the Orange, San Diego and Los Angeles counties. Mindy Hogan's background spans 20 years as an Account Executive with targeted business development and account management expertise. The past 9+ years have been specifically focused in the Technology Sector. Her work here at Irvine Technology, has been primarily focus on recruiting technology talent for the top high growth companies in and around the Boston Marketplace, and she has a unique understanding for the specific needs and challenges involved in doing this the right way. Mindy has an exceptional feel for the needs of her clients exercising best business practices from inception to completion. Her personal and hands on approach give her that competitive edge needed in today’s market. Prior to her work at Irvine Technology, She had been involved in networking, sharing best practices, and research with the CIO and Senior Technology community while at International Data Group, and provided contract, consulting and project resources for global clients while with M Squared Inc. Matt Rauch

Matt Rauch has been a Sr. Recruiter with ITC since May of 2002, and has been in the IT Staffing industry since 1998. In addition to Recruitment, he also has previously held positions in Sales, Account Management, and Management. Danny LeQuang is a Senior Technical Recruiter with 8 years of experience recruiting and placing IT consultants of all skill levels from Sr. Management (CIO, Director) to entry-level (PC Break/Fix, Helpdesk) and everything in between. Prior to joining ITC in November of 2005, Danny spent 5 years as an IT Recruiter for a national IT Staffing and Recruiting Company and 1 year recruiting for a boutique ERP staffing company. In addition to his extensive outside staffing/agency experience, Danny also spent 6+ months as an internal contract Corporate Recruiter (through ITC) for one of ITC’s largest clients, The Irvine Company. He was brought on to ramp up the IT staffing for the new “Resorts” Division of The Irvine Company and was directly responsible for recruiting and placing a Sr. VP of IT, IT Director, Project Manager, and SQL DBA just to name a few. In his day-to-day role as Senior Technical Recruiter, Danny is responsible for recruiting top technical talent by building and maintaining personal and quality relationships with our consultants and clients.
