Casey McMackin
Account Manager/Recruiter
Returning to ITC in summer 2010,
Casey is ready to continue her career in Information Technology consulting. She
hopes to join the top professionals in the industry and become a strong connection
for both candidates and clients satisfying their IT needs.
Prior to re-joining ITC, Casey’s career partnered her with prominent U.S. and international
brands, including The Walt Disney Corporation and ESPN America, Red Bull, the Orange
County Register and the McMonigle Group, where she directed all efforts for the
re-creation and re-launch of a prominent marketing program-M Urban- as well as assisted
in closing over $50million in real estate sales in 2010. Each position furthered
her determination and team leadership for effective client relations, promotional
marketing and trusted sales strategies.
Casey graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor’s in
Communication and Political Science from the Annenberg School for Communication;
she also minored in Forensics and Criminality.

Sabina DiSano

Sabina DiSano has been with
Irvine Technology Corporation since its inception in the year 2000. Hired to build
out the non-First American business with outside clients- she has done just that
and created an impressive list of clientele in Orange County and throughout the
United States. A native of Munich, Germany, Sabina has lived in the United States
since 1980. She spent her first years traveling across the US in the capacity of
project manager for an ERP software company installing and customizing software
according to client needs. She later worked for a savings & loan in the mid 80’s
in the position of Vice President of Information Technology. Later, Sabina made
a seamless transition into Information Staffing and Solutions. With a degree in
Computer Science and Finance (Auditing) from the University of Munich, Germany,
information technology is Sabina’s forte. Matching talent with open positions is
a true passion, as recruiter or in a sales role speaking with and about technology
and solving complex people/technical issues are her favorite things to do. In her
free time Sabina is an avid dressage rider and competitor with her two horses Andiamo
and Tommy T. As a mother of 3 college/high school aged children she is busy organizing
and supporting their varied activities in sports and studies.

Matt Rauch

Matt Rauch has
been a Sr. Recruiter with ITC since May of 2002, and has been in the IT Staffing
industry since 1998. In addition to Recruitment, he also has previously held positions
in Sales, Account Management, and Management. A current resident of Costa Mesa,
Matt received a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from UC Irvine in 1995, where he
also played for their volleyball team.

Annette Smith
has been with ITC since 2004. She is all about being a great connector and a firm
believer of helping others get the resources they need to achieve their goals, see
their accomplishments and reach success. She is also well-established in business
development within our Southern California technology community and takes an active
role in many of the business and entrepreneurial programs to help Orange County’s
technology professionals and businesses reach their goals. Annette attended college
at California State University, Fullerton and currently holds a Bachelor’s of Science
Degree in Management. Her core expertise includes fifteen years of technology solutions,
business development, and management for specific organizations across the country.
Her clients' industries include technology, entertainment, financial services,
healthcare, biotechnology, and higher education, to name a few. Additionally Annette
is a founder, past President, and currently serves on the Advisory Board for the
Association for Women in Technology (AWT). AWT is the only non-profit, women's
technology organization in Southern California. Annette is also the founder to AWT’s
thriving Mentorship Program and initiating ITC’s Forum for Women Executives in 2009.
In her personal time, Annette enjoys family (first), surfing, wine, movies, and
spending time with her husband of eleven years and their two children. Along with
AWT, Annette is also actively involved (graciously sponsored by ITC) in YLO (Young
Leader's Organization) through The Vance Caesar Group and is a Delta Zeta Sorority
Alumna from California State University Fullerton.

Christopher Jones

Christopher Jones Jones
is a Senior Technical Recruiter for Irvine Technology Corporation. In his role as
Senior Technical Recruiter, Christopher is directly responsible for recruiting Irvine
Technologies top IT consulting talent and is directly involved in the relationship
management of our consultants and clients. He also helps to drive business while
maintaining the highest level of professionalism and service excellence Irvine Technology
is known for in the IT staffing industry. Previously, Christopher was an Account
Manager working for Abaris, Inc. Abaris is a well-established Oracle Implementation
Partner. In his 2 year role Christopher was responsible for Business Development,
Account Management, Customer Service and full Pre and Post Sales Cycle Management.
His grasp of ERP Software, Project Consulting and Database Support Services was
greatly increased as a result of his time with this organization. In total Christopher
has well over 10 years working in the software consulting and IT staffing industry.
He has worked with some of the most well know organizations in staffing and consulting
serving in both Account Management and Senior Technical Recruiting roles. His ability
to communicate, build and maintain relationships, along with his keen understanding
of today’s technologies provides him the ability to drive business making him an
asset to any staffing team.
In his personal time, Christopher enjoys Family, Compass Bible Church, Ministry,
Practicing Gracie Jiu jitsu and spending time with his Wife Yoko and their four
children Asia, Ariana, Christopher (Jr.) and Krystalynn Jones.

Jami brings with her over 6 years of recruiting experience for various companies

Paige started her career at Philips Electronics where she was quickly promoted to

Tom Honzik

Tom Honzik has
a combined 15 years of experience in Information Technology. His experience ranges
from hands on I.T. networking and support to full lifecycle I.T. technical recruiting
and vendor management.
Tom started his professional career as a technical I.T. recruiter after graduating
from Adelphi University in New York City with a B.A. in Political Science.
From speaking to I.T. candidates regarding work opportunities he becomes increasingly
interested in technology.
Consequently, he decided to pursue a degree in M.I.S. from Pace University with
intentions of becoming more hands on and ultimately transitioning into more of a
traditional I.T. role.
Shortly, after arriving in California ten years ago he was enticed to return back
to I.T. staffing where he has been firmly engaged for the last 7 years.
Just recently, before joining ITC, Tom successfully completed a project at The Capital
Group Companies in Irvine, CA. where he was part of small hands on team that operated
as the Single Point of contact for all I.T. contingent labor vendor management in
Irvine, Los Angeles and San Antonio, TX.
